Certified Naturally Grown Inchelium Red is a softneck from the artichoke family of garlics. We sell bulbs that average ofver 2″ in diameter for planting. The taste can be quite spicy with a full garlicky flavor. The bulb generally consists of 10-12 large easy peel cloves. Because it is a softneck, people find it easy to braid. Stores well into the the following year.
