Description

Medium Size Sustainably Grown Music is a hardneck from the porcelain family of garlics. It is similar to the German White but has a little hotter flavor when eaten raw. Bulbs measure 1.5″ to just under 1.75″ in diameter. Typically expect 3 – 4 cloves per head and about 50 cloves per pound. This medium grade is a great way to get more plantable cloves for less money per pound.
