CNG Zemo

Description

Zemo is a Porcelain that produces a fairly large bulb with 4 – 6 plump cloves.  It grows well in northern climates and is often found on garlic farms in Canada. Good garlicky robust flavor with good heat when eaten raw. The large cloves are easy peel making this garlic a good choice for the kitchen.
