CNG Pskem

Description

Pskem is a very unique Marbled Purple Stripe that has intrigued me for years. It was originally source in 1989 by John Swenson who found it in the mountains surrounding the Pskem River Valley in Uzbekistan. Each bulb has anywhere from 2 to 4 large cloves around a central stem. When roasted, Pskem maintains a garlicky flavor right up to the end. Expect at least 20 cloves per lb.
