Description
Georgian Fire is a very sturdy hard neck variety considered to be one of the hottest of the porcelains. It has a very robust flavor with a lingering garlicky after taste. The bulb exhibits a light brown color with purple striping and has 4 to 7 large cloves around the central stem. Expect about 30 to 35 cloves per lb.
