Welcome to Fraser’s Garlic Farm!

Our small family owned and operated certified organic farm lies southwest of Rochester in New York State. Since 1993 we have been growing several varieties of high quality, safe nutrient-dense garlic. Because we believe that the food on our table is only as good as the soil from which it is grown, we are dedicated to maintaining the health of our soil using sustainable organic farming methods.

While all of the Fraser family helps with the garlic operation, Ed is the garlic expert. He enjoys teaching people how to grow, harvest, store, and use garlic. If you would like to learn more about growing garlic, or about sustainable farming in general, we can arrange group and individual farm tours as well as internship opportunities.

Our garlic is grown for both planting (seedstock), and eating (tablestock).
