WELCOME TO FRASER’S GARLIC FARM

Today is Monday, March 25, 2024

Welcome to early Spring!

UPDATE: Hope everyone is doing well and looking forward to this wonderful new garlic season. We are officially taking orders now online and of course by phone as well. Please keep in mind that the garlic is harvested in July, cured in August and shipped out in September. We can ship culinary or eating garlic earlier if you send us a note requiring that. I will be adding a few more new varieties in the next couople of days. Last, we suspect that the Chesnok Red will be in short supply this year. Thanks!

THE THREE CATEGORIES OF GARLIC

You will notice three abbreviations next to the different garlic products: OG, CNG and SG.

OG means Certified Organic by the USDA and is organically grown. Find them here.

CNG means Certified Naturally Grown and is peer review inspected  and grown in accordance with the National Organic Program (NOP) standards. Find them here.

SG means Sustainably Grown, not inspected by a third party, but grown using organically approved practices. Find them here.

So all of the garlic that we grow and handle is chemical free garlic. We do not sell any conventionally grown garlic that has been produced with chemical fertilizers and/or chemical herbicides etc.
